Navalur Lake Eco-Park – In the heart of Chennai's bustling OMR Technology Road, Navalur Lake Eco-Park is a confluence of peace and nature. It is a pilot project designed to conserve the endangered water bodies amidst urbanization and provide a refreshing recreational space for the people.

Outdoor Wi-Fi-enabled workspace gardens, a natural earthen jogging track, eco-restaurant, open-air theatre, experience centre, and souvenir shop are integrated without disturbing the natural environment. No artificial materials are used; colour palettes follow terracotta and natural greens, and all signage is engraved in stone.
